The CRITT Sport Loisirs proposes a turnkey service(performance) for the management of a sports heritage(holdings) allowing to list the sports installations and their used equipments and to maintain their state of functioning either in a preventive way, or in a curative way

Making-of audit on site

To realize these audits, a person from the CRITT Sport Loisirs will be operational on the ground for:

Identification and localization of sites
Inventory of the real-estate and movable equipments
Check of the state of equipments and made controls
Location by bar codes or microchips on radio frequency
Constitution of a database

Making-of a computerised tool

Thanks to its geographic dimension allowing a quick access to the information and its didactic aspect, this tool requires no training, it allows:

Precise Inventory of the rented sports installations and\or put at the disposal and of sports equipments at any time
Followed by the administrative management: certification, PV of correspondence, invoice …
Followed by the controls of equipments: form of seizure pre-informed for the agent of maintenance
Documentary Base: repository of the statutory texts, price catalog, phone book etc. …

In complement of the local authorities PACK, an application of type pocket computer ( PDA) was developed to make in real time the acquisition of data relative to the state of equipments controlled on an installation.

· Identification of the equipment thanks to a reader of bar code integrated; once identified, an interface of type form will inform the controller about the different test points to check

· Data transmission relative to the controls made to update the data base of the server, by keeping an optimal level of confidentiality
